Matters need attention in the design and model selection
1. Operating mode of international design of cooling tower: Water inlet temperature t1=37C; Water outlet temperature t2=32C; Wet bulb temperature t=28C;
2. The standard cooling towers of our company are designed according to operating mode of international design. And we also could provide the special and exclusive design under non-standard operating mode for customers.
3. As for the limit of site or the needs of modelling, we company could perform special design and custom made in accordance with the customers required size, please contact us for the details.
4. Each bearing surface of base is in the same level, its elevation and dimension differences shall be less than 5mm.
5. The base altitude h2 of cooling tower shall be decided according to the tube diameter of outfall sewer and its mounting height.
6. When it is the assembly of two towers or more than two towers, our company will provide equalizer line to balance the water level of bottom basin.
7. If users need our company to enlarge the calibre of water outlet flange, please specify it when ordering.
8. The measuring point of noise is on the equivalent diameter Dm of cooling tower. (Dm = 1.13 radical sign L× W, it is 1.5m above ground, in this formula, L, W are the side lengths of tower respectively)
9. Tube connection chart is the tube connection positions and sizes of single tower, the assembly of many sets are the same with it.
10. When connect different types of towers, the water level height (size E) of bottom basins in different types of towers shall be considered, then adjust their base altitudes, to ensure water-level equilibrium of each tower.
