Distinctive features of the cooling tower
1. Compact structure
Although the cooling efficiency of the countercurrent tower is not as good as that of combined-flow form, yet due to the compact structure of the product, it has more coiler radiating areas layout compared with the combined-flow one. Thus it is more suitable for the low temperature cooling projects whose temperature differences are smaller. The product's entry to the market is quite early. With our long-term market engineering experiences, we keep on remodeling it to save much more space to enlarge the radiating areas and reducing floor space. Moreover, we have produced in large amount of micro-towers, and the refrigeration capacity of the smallest one is only 6t/h.
2. Perfect details
The raw materials of countercurrent tower are the same with that of combined-flow, and we seek increasing perfection to any links. Taking dehydrator and air-inlet grille for example, the quality of dehydrator will not affect the cooling efficiency, but the excessive evaporation of water will result in the changes of spraying water quality. Meanwhile, the radiating efficiency may not be effected even it is empty in air inlet, but in order to preferably prevent splash and dust as well as avoid sunshine, a more suitable air inlet device is demanded. Therefore, for all these details the FBM series towers makes perfect.
3. Auxiliary equipments available
As for the some small-scale cooling projects, we connect the productions of small-scale countercurrent closed type tower to those of circulating water pump, circulating water tank and control system, to facilitate the product uses by users.
4. Range of application
Because of its compact structure, the small-scale one can be placed in the workshop. It is more suitable for the cooling of intermediate frequency power supply and mechanical water jacket. And the radiating area in unit space is bigger. Thus, it is more suitable for the projects with small temperature differences (eg. 35-30C), such as the cooling of the heat pump units of water sources.

2. The water cooling is entirely closed circulation, thus it will not be polluted by outside environment.
